It is a brand new product. It comes in a AMD box as the image and inside the box is a desktop kit (system on a chip - SOC) including AMD stock fan, AMD processor, motherboard, along with pre-installed RAM itself. A dedicated graphics card is required for display.
It is neither open nor used nor refurbished.
Q. This motherboard comes with wifi and Bluetooth.
