No. The front panel has mesh-like design but not mesh. You can equip 2 120mm fans under the Graphics Card for superior cooling.

It comes with Rear: 120mm x 1 (Includes 120mm Fan).

And can support fans:

Front: 120mm x 3 (Optional)
Top: 120mm x 2 (Optional)
Supports VGA Fan: 120mm x 2 (Optional)

If the fans support powering through SMPS then it is okay. If not, then you have to use a fan hub or splitter cable to connect the extra fans.

The cabinet supports any GPU up to length 355mm (without front fans installed).
