Corsair carbide spec 1 CPU cooler height clearance of 150mm.

Thus Cylon 4 with 155mm height will not fit whereas Cylon 3 with 95mm height will fit in the cabinet.

No. A CPU cooler draws the heat from the CPU and helps it stay cooler. It does not keep other components cool.

You have to keep the airflow inside and outside of the cabinet good for better cooling.
