SU630 has MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of 1,500,000 hours.

SU650 has MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of 2,000,000 hours.

the more the MTBF the better is the reliability of the drive.

Between a normal 2.5" SATA SSD and a m.2 SATA SSD, the m.2 is definitely faster.
